mainlining shenanigans

Some Cop0 registers are constant and have no side effects when read. There is no need for the inline asm to read these to be marked __volatile__, and doing so prevents them from being removed by the compiler. Add a few new accessor macros to handle these registers more efficiently (especially for the sake of running in a guest where redundant access to the register may trap to the hypervisor): __read_const_32bit_c0_register() __read_const_64bit_c0_register() __read_const_ulong_c0_register() Signed-off-by: James Hogan <jhogan@kernel.org> Cc: Ralf Baechle <ralf@linux-mips.org> Cc: Maciej W. Linux kernel ============ This file was moved to Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst Please notice that there are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory, several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation. See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file. Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
