Suspend and resume of cards are handled by the protocol layer and consequently the mmc_suspend|resume_host APIs are marked as deprecated. While moving away from using the deprecated APIs, there are nothing left to be done for the suspend and resume callbacks, so remove them. * This hardware is really sick:
* - No way to clear interrupts.
* - Have to turn off the clock whenever we touch the device.
* - Doesn't tell you how many data blocks were transferred.
* Yuck!
*
* 1 and 3 byte data transfers not supported

* max block length up to 1023
