mainlining shenanigans
The CANtact Pro from LinkLayer Labs is based on the LPC54616 µC, which is affected by the NXP LPC USB transfer erratum. However, the current firmware (version 2) doesn't set the GS_CAN_FEATURE_REQ_USB_QUIRK_LPC546XX bit. This patch sets the feature GS_CAN_FEATURE_REQ_USB_QUIRK_LPC546XX to workaround this issue. For the GS_USB_BREQ_DATA_BITTIMING USB control message the CANtact Pro firmware uses a request value, which is already used by the candleLight firmware for a different purpose (GS_USB_BREQ_GET_USER_ID). This patch set the feature GS_CAN_FEATURE_QUIRK_BREQ_CANTACT_PRO to workaround this issue. Linux kernel ============ There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at: https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/ There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory, several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation. Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
