Paul E. McKenney a66ae8ae35 rcu: Convert rcu_gpnum_ovf() to ->gp_seq 
This commit converts rcu_gpnum_ovf() to use ->gp_seq instead of ->gpnum.
Same size unsigned long, so same approach.
