mainlining shenanigans

This patch fixes an old bug in MIPS ll/sc atomics, in the `atomic_sub_if_positive' and `atomic64_sub_if_positive' functions, for the R10000_LLSC_WAR case where the result of the subu/dsubu instruction would potentially not be made available to the sc/scd instruction due to being in the delay-slot of the branch-likely (beqzl) instruction. This also removes the need for the `noreorder' directive, allowing GAS to use delay slot scheduling as needed. The same fix is also applied to the standard branch (beqz) case in preparation for a follow-up patch that will cleanup/merge the R10000_LLSC_WAR and non-R10K sections together. Linux kernel ============ There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at: https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/ There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory, several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation. See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file. Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
