Masahiro Yamada 9dfb81efbb ARM: drop unused Makefile.boot of Multiplatform SoCs 
The variable "MACHINE" is empty if CONFIG_ARCH_MULTIPLATFORM=y,
so these Makefile.boot files are never included.
