Linus Torvalds e95926d05d Revert "b43/b43legacy: add RFKILL_STATE_HARD_BLOCKED support" ...

This reverts commit bc19d6e0b7, which as
Larry Finger reports causes the radio LED on his system to no longer
respond to rfkill switch events.
