Don Hiatt 228d2af1b7 IB/hfi1: Separate input/output header tracing
Calls to trace incoming packets will now receive the packet
context as parameter. This enables trace support for future
packet types.

Header trace output is in the format <field>:<value>
which makes parsing easier.
