The change adds an option to a user with CONFIG_WATCHDOG_SYSFS and CONFIG_WATCHDOG_PRETIMEOUT_GOV enabled to get information about all registered watchdog pretimeout governors by reading watchdog device attribute named "pretimeout_available_governors".
