Joe Perches 78110bb8dc staging: Remove unnecessary OOM messages alloc failures already get standardized OOM messages and a dump_stack. For the affected mallocs around these OOM messages: Converted kzallocs with multiplies to kcalloc. Converted kmallocs with multiplies to kmalloc_array. Converted a kmalloc/strlen/strncpy to kstrdup. Moved a spin_lock below a removed OOM message and removed a now unnecessary spin_unlock. Neatened alignment and whitespace. This is a driver for the ET1310 network device.

Based on the driver found at https://sourceforge.net/projects/et131x/

Cleaned up immensely by Olaf Hartman and Christoph Hellwig <hch@infradead.org>

Note, the powermanagement options were removed from the vendor provided
driver as they did not build properly at the time.

TODO:
	- some rx packets have CRC/code/frame errors
