Follow commits c706471b26 ("net: axienet: remove unnecessary ether_setup after alloc_etherdev") and 3c87dcbfb3 ("net: ll_temac: Remove unnecessary ether_setup after alloc_etherdev") and fix the pattern in all remaining ethernet drivers.
