mainlining shenanigans

Unfortunately, struct iwreq isn't a proper subset of struct ifreq, but is still handled by the same code path. Robert reported that then applications may (randomly) fault if the struct iwreq they pass happens to land within 8 bytes of the end of a mapping (the struct is only 32 bytes, vs. struct ifreq's 40 bytes). To fix this, pull out the code handling wireless extension ioctls and copy only the smaller structure in this case. This bug goes back a long time, I tracked that it was introduced into mainline in 2.1.15, over 20 years ago! Linux kernel ============ This file was moved to Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst Please notice that there are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory, several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation. See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file. Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
