Jiri Olsa 41e3a1fece tools lib api fs: Move SYSFS_MAGIC PROC_SUPER_MAGIC into fs.c
There's no need to export SYSFS_MAGIC PROC_SUPER_MAGIC in fs.h. Leave
them in the fs.c.
