Current make_request based drivers use either blk_alloc_queue_node or blk_alloc_queue to allocate a queue, and then set up the make_request_fn function pointer and a few parameters using the blk_queue_make_request helper. Simplify this by passing the make_request pointer to blk_alloc_queue, and while at it merge the _node variant into the main helper by always passing a node_id, and remove the superfluous gfp_mask parameter. Linux kernel

There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
