Patrick Boettcher 3706a4da20 [PATCH] dvb: usb: add TwinhanDTV StarBox support
Add driver for the TwinhanDTV StarBox and clones.

Thanks to Ralph Metzler for his initial work on this box and thanks to Twinhan
