Chris Down 2a67a6ccb0 bpf, btf: Always output invariant hit in pahole DWARF to BTF transform
When trying to compile with CONFIG_DEBUG_INFO_BTF enabled, I got this
error:

    % make -s
Failed to generate BTF for vmlinux
    Try to disable CONFIG_DEBUG_INFO_BTF
    make[3]: *** [vmlinux] Error 1

Compiling again without -s shows the true error (that pahole is
missing), but since this is fatal, we should show the error
unconditionally on stderr as well, not silence it using the `info`
function. With this patch:

    % make -s
BTF: .tmp_vmlinux.btf: pahole (pahole) is not available
Failed to generate BTF for vmlinux
    Try to disable CONFIG_DEBUG_INFO_BTF
    make[3]: *** [vmlinux] Error 1

Linux kernel
============

There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

    https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
