YueHaibing 1fa98d96ea clockevents: Use DEVICE_ATTR_[RO|WO] macros ...

Use the DEVICE_ATTR_[RO|WO] helpers instead of plain DEVICE_ATTR, which
makes the code a bit shorter and easier to read.
