Kees Cook 1bc9fac3da lkdtm: include cacheflush.h ...

Some architectures need cacheflush.h explicitly included (mips) for
use of flush_icache_range():

    config: make ARCH=mips allmodconfig
    All error/warnings:
    >> ERROR: "flush_icache_range" undefined!
