This is another case where we are on our way to schedule(), so can save a useless clock update and resulting microscopic vruntime update. Peter Zijlstra	391e43da79	sched: Move all scheduler bits into kernel/sched/ ... There's too many sched*.[ch] files in kernel/, give them their own directory.
