There are a lot of places where sequences of space/tabs are
found. Get rid of all spaces before tabs.

Instead of using some random value, return an error if the
PCB config is not available or doesn't match a know profile

Rename all USB drivers with their own directory under
drivers/media/video into drivers/media/usb and update the
building system.
