b7574a22a2 ARM: arm-soc soc updates, take 2
This is the second batch of SoC updates for the 3.6 merge window,
containing parts that arrived close to the merge window opening and
thus needed to sit in linux-next for a while.

Most contents is updates of Renesas shmobile, with a couple of
Samsung Exynos patches in the mix.

8bf5646641 ARM: EXYNOS: Move G2D clock entries to clock-exynos4210.c file
G2D clock registers are different in EXYNOS4210 and EXYNOS4X12 SoCs.
Hence moving the SoC specific G2D clock entries from common clock file
(clock-exynos4.c) to EXYNOS4210 specific clock file (clock-exynos4210.c).

46fda15c0c ARM: EXYNOS: Fix the incorrect hierarchy of spi controller bus clock
The sclk_spi clock is derived currently from the first level divider
(MMCx_RATIO) which is incorrect. The output of the first level clock
is divided by a second level divider (MMCx_PRE_RATIO), the output of
which is used as the spi bus clock (sclk_spi). Fix the clock hierarchy
issues for the sclk_spi clock.

a5238e360b spi: s3c64xx: move controller information into driver data
Platform data is used to specify controller hardware specific information
such as the tx/rx fifo level mask and bit offset of rx fifo level. Such
information is not suitable to be supplied from device tree. Instead,
it can be moved into the driver data and removed from platform data.

bca10b906f ARM: EXYNOS: Change System MMU platform device definitions
Handling System MMUs with an identifier is not flexible to manage
System MMU platform devices because of the following reasons:
1. A device driver which needs to handle System MMU must know the ID.
2. A System MMU may not present in some implementations of Exynos family.
3. Handling System MMU with IOMMU API does not require an ID.

This patch is the result of removing ID of System MMUs.
Instead, a device driver that needs to handle its System MMU must
use IOMMU API while its descriptor of platform device is given.

This patch also includes the following enhancements:
- A System MMU device becomes a child if its power domain device.
- clkdev

7902546652 ARM: EXYNOS: Add clkdev lookup entry for lcd clock
The framebuffer driver needs the clock named 'lcd' as its bus
clock but the equivalent clock on Exynos4 is named as 'fimd'.
Hence, create a clkdev lookup entry with the name 'lcd' that
references the 'fimd' clock.

8f7b13218b ARM: EXYNOS: Add apb_pclk clkdev entry for mdma1
Amba core assumes the pclk to be named as apb_pclk. During device probe,
it tries to get that clock and enable that. When PM_RUNTIME is enabled,
dma clock is not explicitly enabled in pl330_probe, which causes device
probe to fail. Adding a clkdev entry for apb_pclk for mdma1 fixes the
problem.

This patch fixes following runtime error.

dma-pl330 dma-pl330.2: PERIPH_ID 0x0, PCELL_ID 0x0 !
dma-pl330: probe of dma-pl330.2 failed with error -22
