af736bf071 net: sched: potential NULL dereference in tcf_block_find()
The error code isn't set on this path so it would result in returning
ERR_PTR(0) and a NULL dereference in the caller.

ad49bc6361 net: vrf: remove MTU limits for vrf device
Similiar to commit e94cd8113c ("net: remove MTU limits for dummy and

limit it to [68, 1500] may make users feel confused.

ca8d4794f6 ipmr: ip6mr: Create new sockopt to clear mfc cache or vifs
Currently the only way to clear the forwarding cache was to delete the
entries one by one using the MRT_DEL_MFC socket option or to destroy and
recreate the socket.

Create a new socket option which with the use of optional flags can
clear any combination of multicast entries (static or not static) and
multicast vifs (static or not static).

Calling the new socket option MRT_FLUSH with the flags MRT_FLUSH_MFC and
MRT_FLUSH_VIFS will clear all entries and vifs on the socket except for
static entries.

0d2f2a3da1 platform/chrome: wilco_ec: Add RTC driver

The driver is added to the drivers/rtc/ so that the maintainer of that

Intel Wired LAN Driver Fixes 2019-02-21

This series contains fixes to ixgbe and i40e.

Majority of the fixes are to resolve XDP issues found in both drivers,
there is only one fix which is not XDP related. That one fix resolves
an issue seen on older 10GbE devices, where UDP traffic was either being
dropped or being transmitted out of order when the bit to enable L3/L4
filtering for transmit switched packets is enabled on older devices that
did not support this option.

Magnus fixes an XDP issue for both ixgbe and i40e, where receive rings
are created but no buffers are allocated for AF_XDP in zero-copy mode,
so no packets can be received and no interrupts will be generated so
that NAPI poll function that allocates buffers to the rings will never
get executed.

Björn fixes a race in XDP xmit ring cleanup for i40e, where
ndo_xdp_xmit() must be taken into consideration. Added a
synchronize_rcu() to wait for napi(s) before clearing the queue.

Jan fixes a ixgbe AF_XDP zero-copy transmit issue which can cause a
reset to be triggered, so add a check to ensure that netif carrier is
'ok' before trying to transmit packets.

11db1ad451 perf annotate: Fix getting source line failure
The output of "perf annotate -l --stdio xxx" changed since commit 425859ff0d
("perf annotate: No need to calculate notes->start twice") removed notes->start
assignment in symbol__calc_lines(). It will get failed in
find_address_in_section() from symbol__tty_annotate() subroutine as the
a2l->addr is wrong. So the annotate summary doesn't report the line number of
source code correctly.

Before fix:

  liwei@euler:~/main_code/hulk_work/hulk/tools/perf$ cat common_while_1.c

6f9449be53 NFS: Fix a soft lockup in the delegation recovery code
Fix a soft lockup when NFS client delegation recovery is attempted
but the inode is in the process of being freed. When the
igrab(inode) call fails, and we have to restart the recovery process,
we need to ensure that we won't attempt to recover the same delegation
again.

661faf3102 parisc: Add constants for PDC_RELOCATE PDC call
The PDC_RELOCATE function is called by HP-UX shortly before crashing.
So, we need to handle it in qemu and thus it makes sense to add the
constant here.

Additionally add other subfunctions like PDC_MODEL_GET_PLATFORM_INFO (to
get product and serial numbers) and PDC_TOD_CALIBRATE (to calibrate
timers) too.
