PHY access through the board helper is impossible with the
current drivers, so delete this code.

Delete legacy hack for broken bootloaders. The warning has been in kernel
for several years, and if there are still users using such bootloaders,
they can fix the boot by supplying a proper DTB.

Management port MII address is incorrect on Kontron S1901 resulting
in broken networking. Fix by providing definitions for the in-tree DT
pruning code.

Enable interfaces on EdgeRouter Lite. Tested with cavium_octeon_defconfig
and busybox shell. DHCP & ping works with eth0, eth1 and eth2.
The board type "UBNT_E100" is taken from the sources of the vendor kernel
shipped with the product.
