These updates are all for board specific code, including
* defconfig updates for shmobile, davinci, bcm2835, imx, omap and tegra
* SD/MMC and I2C support on bcm2835 (Raspberry PI)
* minor updates for PXA
* shmobile updates to GPIO usage in board files
* More things in OMAP board files are moved over to device tree probing
* Better support for audio devices on some OMAP platforms
Conflicts include the omap board-apollon.c file that is removed without
a replacement, and conflicting context in the 4430sdp board file.

Merge tag 'omap-for-v3.7-rc5/fixes-signed' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/tmlind/linux-omap into fixes

Few more regression fixes related to u-boot only muxing

ARM: OMAP4: TWL: mux sys_drm_msecure as output for PMIC
ARM: OMAP3: igep0020: Set WIFI/BT GPIO pins in correct mux mode
ARM: OMAP: Add maintainer entry for IGEP machines
On OMAP4 boards using the TWL6030 PMIC, the sys_drm_msecure is
connected to the MSECURE input of the TWL6030 PMIC. This signal
controls the secure-mode operation of the PMIC. If its not mux'd
correctly, some functionality of the PMIC will not be accessible since
the PMIC will be in secure mode.
For example, if the TWL RTC is in secure mode, most of its registers
are read-only, meaning (re)programming the RTC (e.g. for wakeup from
suspend) will fail.
To fix, ensure the signal is properly mux'd as output when TWL is
intialized.
This fix is required when using recent versions of u-boot (>= v2012.04.01)
since u-boot is no longer setting the default mux for this pin.

There's no need to keep the device related things in the
common i2c.c as omap2+ is using hwmod. Split the code to
mach-omap1 and mach-omap2 parts and only leave common
code to plat-omap/i2c.c.

This contains pretty many small commits covering fairly large range of
files in sound/ directory. Partly because of additional API support
and partly because of constantly developed ASoC and ARM stuff.
Some highlights:
- Introduced the helper function and documentation for exposing the
channel map via control API, as discussed in Plumbers; most of PCI
drivers are covered, will follow more drivers later
- Most of drivers have been replaced with the new PM callbacks (if
the bus is supported)
- HD-audio controller got the support of runtime PM and the support of
D3 clock-stop. Also changing the power_save option in sysfs kicks
off immediately to enable / disable the power-save mode.
- Another significant code change in HD-audio is the rewrite of
firmware loading code. Other than that, most of changes in HD-audio
are continued cleanups and standardization for the generic auto
parser and bug fixes (HBR, device-specific fixups), in addition to
the support of channel-map API.
- Addition of ASoC bindings for the compressed API, used by the
mid-x86 drivers.
- Lots of cleanups and API refreshes for ASoC codec drivers and
DaVinci.
- Conversion of OMAP to dmaengine.
- New machine driver for Wolfson Microelectronics Bells.
- New CODEC driver for Wolfson Microelectronics WM0010.
- Enhancements to the ux500 and wm2000 drivers
- A new driver for DA9055 and the support for regulator bypass mode.

Pull sound updates from Takashi Iwai:
"This contains pretty many small commits covering fairly large range of
files in sound/ directory.
- HD-audio controller got the support of runtime PM and the support
of D3 clock-stop. Also changing the power_save option in sysfs
kicks off immediately to enable / disable the power-save mode.
- Another significant code change in HD-audio is the rewrite of
firmware loading code. Other than that, most of changes in
HD-audio are continued cleanups and standardization for the generic
auto parser and bug fixes (HBR, device-specific fixups), in
addition to the support of channel-map API.
- A new driver for DA9055 and the support for regulator bypass mode."

Currently, a dummy omap_device is created for the MPU sub-system so
that a device node exists for MPU DVFS. Specifically, for the
association of MPU OPPs to a device node, and so that a voltage
regulator can be mapped to a device node.
For drivers to get a handle to this device node, an OMAP-specific API
has been used. However, the kernel already has device nodes for the
CPU(s) in the system, so we can use those instead of an OMAP-specific
dummy device and then drivers (like OMAP CPUfreq) can use generic
APIs.
To use the existing CPU device nodes, modify the OPP creation and
regulator registration to use the CPU0 device node for registraion.
NOTE: this patch always uses CPU0 as the device node. On all
OMAPs today, MPU DVFS scales all CPUs together, so this will
not be a problem, but this assumption will need to be changed
if independently scalable CPUs are introduced.

This is a large branch that contains a handful of different cleanups:
- Fixing up the I/O space remapping on PCI on ARM. This is a series
from Rob Herring that restructures how all pci devices allocate I/O
space, and it's part of the work to allow multiplatform kernels.
- A number of cleanup series for OMAP, moving and removing some
headers, sparse irq rework and in general preparation for
multiplatform.
- Final removal of all non-DT boards for Tegra, it is now
device-tree-only!
- Removal of a stale platform, nxp4008. It's an old mobile chipset
that is no longer in use, and was very likely never really used with
a mainline kernel. We have not been able to find anyone interested
in keeping it around in the kernel.
- Removal of the legacy dmaengine driver on tegra

As the plat and mach includes need to disappear for single zImage work,
we need to remove plat/hardware.h.
Do this by splitting plat/hardware.h into omap1 and omap2+ specific files.
The old plat/hardware.h already has omap1 only defines, so it gets moved
to mach/hardware.h for omap1. For omap2+, we use the local soc.h
that for now just includes the related SoC headers to keep this patch more
readable.
Note that the local soc.h still includes plat/cpu.h that can be dealt
with in later patches. Let's also include plat/serial.h from common.h for
all the board-*.c files. This allows making the include files local later
on without patching these files again.
Note that only minimal changes are done in this patch for the
drivers/watchdog/omap_wdt.c driver to keep things compiling. Further
patches are needed to eventually remove cpu_is_omap usage in the drivers.
Also only minimal changes are done to sound/soc/omap/* to remove the
unneeded includes and to define OMAP44XX_MCPDM_L3_BASE locally so there's
no need to include omap44xx.h.
While at it, also sort some of the includes in the standard way.

As the interrupts should only be defined in the platform_data, and
eventually coming from device tree, there's no need to define them
in header files.
Let's remove the hardcoded references to irqs.h and fix up the includes
so we don't rely on headers included in irqs.h. Note that we're
defining OMAP_INTC_START as 0 to the interrupts. This will be needed
when we enable SPARSE_IRQ. For some drivers we need to add
#include <plat/cpu.h> for now until these drivers are fixed to
remove cpu_is_omapxxxx() usage.
While at it, sort som of the includes the standard way, and add
the trailing commas where they are missing in the related data
structures.
Note that for drivers/staging/tidspbridge we just define things
locally.
