90fb6250c5 bonding: make arp_ip_target parameter checks consistent with sysfs
The module can be loaded with arp_ip_target="255.255.255.255" which makes
 it impossible to remove as the function in sysfs checks for that value,
 so we make the parameter checks consistent with sysfs.

fbb0c41b81 bonding: fix miimon and arp_interval delayed work race conditions
First I would give three observations which will be used later.
Observation 1: if (delayed_work_pending(wq)) cancel_delayed_work(wq)
 This usage is wrong because the pending bit is cleared just before the
 work's fn is executed and if the function re-arms itself we might end up
 with the work still running. It's safe to call cancel_delayed_work_sync()
 even if the work is not queued at all.
Observation 2: Use of INIT_DELAYED_WORK()
 Work needs to be initialized only once prior to (de/en)queueing.
Observation 3: IFF_UP is set only after ndo_open is called

Related race conditions:
1. Race between bonding_store_miimon() and bonding_store_arp_interval()
 Because of Obs.1 we can end up having both works enqueued.
2. Multiple races with INIT_DELAYED_WORK()
 Since the works are not protected by anything between INIT_DELAYED_WORK()
 and calls to (en/de)queue it is possible for races between the following
 functions:
 (races are also possible between the calls to INIT_DELAYED_WORK()
  and workqueue code)
 bonding_store_miimon() - bonding_store_arp_interval(), bond_close(),
			  bond_open(), enqueued functions
 bonding_store_arp_interval() - bonding_store_miimon(), bond_close(),
				bond_open(), enqueued functions
3. By Obs.1 we need to change bond_cancel_all()

Bugs 1 and 2 are fixed by moving all work initializations in bond_open
which by Obs. 2 and Obs. 3 and the fact that we make sure that all works
are cancelled in bond_close(), is guaranteed not to have any work
enqueued.
Also RTNL lock is now acquired in bonding_store_miimon/arp_interval so
they can't race with bond_close and bond_open. The opposing work is
cancelled only if the IFF_UP flag is set and it is cancelled
unconditionally. The opposing work is already cancelled if the interface
is down so no need to cancel it again. This way we don't need new
synchronizations for the bonding workqueue. These bugs (and fixes) are
tied together and belong in the same patch.
Note: I have left 1 line intentionally over 80 characters (84) because I
      didn't like how it looks broken down. If you'd prefer it otherwise,
      then simply break it.

"status" property, or it has "ok" (or "okay") value (see

of_platform_device_create_pdata() checks for "status" and ensures
that disabled devices are not pupulated. But such check for SPI buses
was missing until now. Fix it.

499b42c3e4 powerpc: Fix fallout from device_node->name constification
Commit c22618a1, "drivers/of: Constify device_node->name and
->path_component_name" changes device_node name to a const value, but
the PowerPC scom code still assigns it to a non-void field in
debugfs_blob_wrapper. The /right/ solution might be to change the
debugfs_blob_wrapper->data to also be const, but that is a bit
risky. Instead, cast the value to (void*). It is a bit ugly, but it
is the safest change until it can be investigated where
debugfs_blob_wrapper can be modified.

b8fbdc42c5 of: add 'const' for of_parse_phandle parameter *np
The existing function does not change the passed device_node pointer. It is
only handed to of_get_property which itself takes a const struct device_node.

of_parse_phandle() can therefore take a const pointer as well.

950e2fb420 [media] omap_vout: use omapdss's version instead of cpu_is_*
cpu_is_* class functions create a dependency to OMAP platform code.
omapdss driver, which omap_vout uses, exposes a function to get the
version of the DSS hardware.

To remove the dependency to OMAP platform code this patch changes
omap_vout to use the omapdss version. For most of the checks, the ones
dealing with DSS differences, this is actually more correct than using
cpu_is_* functions. For the check whether VRFB is available or not this
is not really correct, but still works fine.

f2bd5d2406 ARM64: Remove incorrect Kconfig symbol HAVE_SPARSE_IRQ
Kernel does not contain symbol HAVE_SPARSE_IRQ. Definition
in arch/arm64/Kconfig seems typo because valid symbol is
MAY_HAVE_SPARSE_IRQ.
In any case SPARSE_IRQ is selected by default and we just
remove selecting of this symbol.

33eaa58f85 arm64: Make !dirty ptes read-only
The AArch64 Linux port relies on the mm code to wrprotect clean ptes.
This however is not the case with newly created ptes and
PAGE_SHARED(_EXEC) is writable but !dirty.

ab48b03ec9 can: Do not call dev_put if restart timer is running upon close
If the restart timer is running due to BUS-OFF and the device is
disconnected an dev_put will decrease the usage counter to -1 thus
blocking the interface removal, resulting in the following dmesg
lines repeating every 10s:

unregister_netdevice: waiting for can0 to become free. Usage count = -1

9b4ef97757 ALSA: usb - Don't create "Speaker" mixer controls on headphones and headsets
A lot of headsets/headphones have a "Speaker" mixer control. This confuses
PulseAudio to think it is a speaker instead of a headphone/headset.
Therfore, we rename it to "Headphone".

We determine if something is a headphone similar to how udev determines
form factor (see 78-sound-card.rules).

c2374bf57e xen: balloon: allow PVMMU interfaces to be compiled out
The ARM platform has no concept of PVMMU and therefor no
HYPERVISOR_update_va_mapping et al. Allow this code to be compiled out
when not required.

In some similar situations (e.g. P2M) we have defined dummy functions
to avoid this, however I think we can/should draw the line at dummying
out actual hypercalls.

d71f513985 xen: privcmd: support autotranslated physmap guests.
PVH and ARM only support the batch interface. To map a foreign page to
a process, the PFN must be allocated and the autotranslated path uses
ballooning for that purpose.

The returned PFN is then mapped to the foreign page.
xen_unmap_domain_mfn_range() is introduced to unmap these pages via the
privcmd close call.

This patch adds iommu support for exynos drm framework with dma mapping
api. In this patch, we used dma mapping api to allocate physical memory
and maps it with iommu table and removed some existing codes and added
new some codes for iommu support.

GEM allocation requires one device object to use dma mapping api so
this patch uses one iommu mapping for all sub drivers. In other words,
all sub drivers have same iommu mapping.

4b9347dcbe common: DMA-mapping: add DMA_ATTR_FORCE_CONTIGUOUS attribute
This patch adds DMA_ATTR_FORCE_CONTIGUOUS attribute to the DMA-mapping
subsystem.

By default DMA-mapping subsystem is allowed to assemble the buffer
allocated by dma_alloc_attrs() function from individual pages if it can
be mapped as contiguous chunk into device dma address space. By
specifing this attribute the allocated buffer is forced to be contiguous
also in physical memory.

e7783ba3bf drm: hold event_lock while accessing vblank_event_list
Currently the only users of drm_vblank_off() are i915 and gma500,
neither of which holds the event_lock when calling this function.
Fix this by holding the event_lock while traversing the list.

9fb7dff5ec drm/exynos: fix lockdep for event_lock wrt. vbl_time_lock
Currently the exynos driver calls drm_vblank_off() with the event_lock
held, while drm_vblank_off() will lock vbl_time and vblank_time_lock.
This lock dependency chain conflicts with the one in drm_handle_vblank()
where we first lock vblank_time_lock and then the event_lock.

Fix this by removing the above drm_vblank_off() calls which are in fact
never executed: drm_dev->vblank_disable_allowed is only ever non-zero
during driver init, until it's set in {fimd,vidi}_subdrv_probe. Both the
driver init and open code is protected by drm_global_mutex, so the
earliest page flip ioctl can happen only after vblank_disable_allowed is
set to 1. Thus {fimd,vidi}_finish_pageflip - with pending flip events -
will always get called with vblank_disable_allowed being 1.
