ASoC: Updates for v3.11

A few small updates again, the sgtl5000 one fixes some newly triggered
issues due to some probe ordering changes which were introduced in the
last merge window.

Fix the build of this driver. It was broken by:

Commit 453807f300
ASoC: ep93xx: Use ep93xx_dma_params instead of ep93xx_pcm_dma_params

The removed struct ep93xx_pcm_dma_params use the member 'dma_port' to

'port'.

f3e351eef3 ALSA: hda - Remove NO_PRESENCE bit override for Dell 1420n Laptop
The quirk for Dell laptops with STAC9228 overrides the pin default
config of NID 0x0f to the value with AC_DEFCFG_MISC_NO_PRESENCE bit
on. I'm not quite sure why this was done so, but can guess that this
was introduced for avoiding this to be muted by another headphone
plug. Now, after transition to the generic parser, this workaround
rather causes a problem (notably as unexpected speaker mutes) because
the pin is seen as if it's always plugged in.

Since the generic parser can handle multiple headphone plugging
gracefully, we can get rid of this override now.

1ea9a69d1a ALSA: hda - Fix EAPD GPIO control for Sigmatel codecs
The EAPD GPIO is dynamically turned on/off for some machines with
Sigmatel codecs, but this didn't work as expected, and it resulted in
spontaneous lost of speaker outputs per HP plugging or power-saving.

This patch fixes the bug by simply including spec->eapd_mask into
spec->gpio_mask and spec->gpio_data bits.

256ca9c3ad ALSA: seq-oss: Initialize MIDI clients asynchronously
We've got bug reports that the module loading stuck on Debian system
with 3.10 kernel. The debugging session revealed that the initial
registration of OSS sequencer clients stuck at module loading time,
which involves again with request_module() at the init phase. This is
triggered only by special --install stuff Debian is using, but it's
still not good to have such loops.

As a workaround, call the registration part asynchronously. This is a
better approach irrespective of the hang fix, in anyway.

46a5905e1c ASoC: sgtl5000: defer the probe if clock is not found
It's not always the case that clock is already available when sgtl5000
get probed at the first time, e.g. the clock is provided by CPU DAI
which may be probed after sgtl5000. So let's defer the probe when
devm_clk_get() call fails and give it chance to try later.

It fixes the regression on imx28 since commit 9e13f34 (ASoC: sgtl5000:
Let the codec acquire its clock).

ASoC: Updates for v3.11

The biggest change here is the OMAP change, these are larger than I'd
have liked but make the driver actually usable - during the merge window
OMAP removed support for non-DT OMAP4 boards but in doing so removed the
method of accessing DMA channels used by the ASoC drivers rendering them
unusuable.

Otherwise nothing exciting, the symmetric rates change for WM8978 is a
fix for the information we expose to userspace.

42d4ab832d ALSA: usb-audio: fix regression for fixed stream quirk
Commit 8f898e92ae removed the redundant
reads of bInterfaceProtocol from the descriptors, but introduced a
regression to devices with quirks of type QUIRK_AUDIO_FIXED_ENDPOINT,
since fp->protocol is not set in setup process.

As a consequence, audio streams would not get initialized, as the
following logs show:

[ 48.923043] setting usb interface 3:1
[ 48.923056] Creating new capture data endpoint #81
[ 48.923484] 4:3:1: cannot set freq 48000 to ep 0x81

stupidly let fbdev guys merge a patch I required to fix a warning with
some patches I had, they ended up merging the patch from the wrong
place, but the warning should be fixed. In future I'll just take the
  patch myself!

  Outside drm:

There are some snd changes for the HDMI audio interactions on haswell,
they've been acked for inclusion via my tree. This relies on the
wound/wait tree from Ingo which is already merged.

  Major changes:

AMD finally released the dynamic power management code for all their
GPUs from r600->present day, this is great, off by default for now but
also a huge amount of code, in fact it is most of this pull request.

Since it landed there has been a lot of community testing and Alex has
sent a lot of fixes for any bugs found so far. I suspect radeon might
now be the biggest kernel driver ever :-P p.s. radeon.dpm=1 to enable
  dynamic powermanagement for anyone.

  New drivers:

  Renesas r-car display unit.

  Other highlights:

   - core: GEM CMA prime support, use new w/w mutexs for TTM
     reservations, cursor hotspot, doc updates
   - dvo chips: chrontel 7010B support
   - i915: Haswell (fbc, ips, vecs, watermarks, audio powerwell),
Valleyview (enabled by default, rc6), lots of pll reworking, 30bpp
     support (this time for sure)
   - nouveau: async buffer object deletion, context/register init
updates, kernel vp2 engine support, GF117 support, GK110 accel
support (with external nvidia ucode), context cleanups.
   - exynos: memory leak fixes, Add S3C64XX SoC series support, device
tree updates, common clock framework support,
   - qxl: cursor hotspot support, multi-monitor support, suspend/resume
     support
   - mgag200: hw cursor support, g200 mode limiting
   - shmobile: prime support
   - tegra: fixes mostly

I've been banging on this quite a lot due to the size of it, and it

cd63a5ffd2 ALSA: hda - Keep halting ALC5505 DSP
ALC5505 DSP is enabled even though we don't use the features yet at
all. This results in the unnecessarily high power consumption, more
than 100mV higher. Until we implement the DSP support, better to
bypass DSP for saving more power.

Reported-by: Mengdong Lin <mengdong.lin@intel.com>
[Patch modified by Mengdong to cal alc5505_dsp_init() with extra
acl5505_dsp_halt().]

ASoC: Updates for v3.11

A few small fixes, all driver specific. The removal of the GPIO based
pinmuxing is a bug fix, since the obsolete nodes had been removed from
the DT it stopped the driver loading.

5c78dfe87e ASoC: sglt5000: Fix SGTL5000_PLL_FRAC_DIV_MASK
SGTL5000_PLL_FRAC_DIV_MASK is used to mask bits 0-10 (11 bits in total) of
register CHIP_PLL_CTRL, so fix the mask to accomodate all this bit range.
