602bcdeb9a mmc: sdhci-msm: Fix the binding example 
The DT binding example in the documentation is missing the -supply
suffix for the vmmc and vqmmc regulators. Fix it.

d252950081 mmc: sdhci-msm: Qualcomm SDHCI binding documentation 
This patch adds the device-tree binding documentation for Qualcomm
SDHCI driver. It contains the differences between the core properties
in mmc.txt and the properties used by the sdhci-msm driver.
