df3d17e068 ARM: pmu: remove arm_pmu_type enumeration
The arm_pmu_type enumeration was initially introduced to identify
different PMU types in the system, the usual one being that on the CPU
(ARM_PMU_DEVICE_CPU). With the removal of the PMU reservation code and
the introduction of devicetree bindings for the CPU PMU, the enumeration
is no longer required.

This patch removes the enumeration and updates the various CPU PMU
platform devices so that they no longer pass an .id field referring
to identify the PMU type.

34ae6c96a6 ARM: 7298/1: realview: fix mapping of MPCore private memory region
Since commit 0536bdf33f (ARM: move iotable mappings within
the vmalloc region), the RealView PB11MP cannot boot anymore.

This is caused by the way the mappings are described on this
platform (define replaced by hex values for clarity):

{	/* GIC CPU interface mapping */
        .virtual        = IO_ADDRESS(0x1F000100),
        .pfn            = __phys_to_pfn(0x1F000100),
        .length         = SZ_4K,
        .type           = MT_DEVICE,
}, {	/* GIC distributor mapping */
        .virtual        = IO_ADDRESS(0x1F001000),
        .pfn            = __phys_to_pfn(0x1F001000),
        .length         = SZ_4K,
        .type           = MT_DEVICE,
}

The first mapping ends up reserving two pages, and clashes with
the second one, which triggers a BUG_ON in vm_area_add_early().

In order to solve this problem, treat the MPCore private memory
region (containing the SCU, the GIC and the TWD) as a single region,
as described in the TRM:
http://infocenter.arm.com/help/index.jsp?topic=/com.arm.doc.ddi0360f/CACGDJJC.html

The EB11MP is converted the same way, even if it manages to avoid
the problem.

Tested on both PB11MP and EB11MP.

edbaa603eb driver-core: remove sysdev.h usage.
The sysdev.h file should not be needed by any in-kernel code, so remove
the .h file from these random files that seem to still want to include
it.

The sysdev code will be going away soon, so this include needs to be

70bb62f8ec RealView: Allow PHYS_OFFSET at 0x70000000
RealView boards like PB11MPCore have 512MB of RAM available contiguously
at 0x70000000. Half of the memory is mirrored at 0x00000000 for
backwards compatibility. This patch adds the
CONFIG_REALVIEW_HIGH_PHYS_OFFSET option option to change the physical
base address so that the full amount of RAM is available to Linux. Note
that the EB board has 256MB of RAM also mirrored at 0x70000000, the only
board without this feature being PB1176.

cf30fb4a4f [ARM] realview: convert to clkdev and lookup clocks by device name
People often point to the Integrator/Versatile/Realview
implementations to justify using the consumer name as the sole
selector for clocks.

Eliminate this excuse by changing the Realview implementation, so
it provides a better example of how it should be done.

be50972935 [ARM] Remove asm/hardware.h, use asm/arch/hardware.h instead
Remove includes of asm/hardware.h in addition to asm/arch/hardware.h.
Then, since asm/hardware.h only exists to include asm/arch/hardware.h,
update everything to directly include asm/arch/hardware.h and remove
asm/hardware.h.
