7b86ac3371 pagewalk: separate function pointers from iterator data
The mm_walk structure currently mixed data and code.  Split out the
operations vectors into a new mm_walk_ops structure, and while we are
changing the API also declare the mm_walk structure inside the
walk_page_range and walk_page_vma functions.

810e24e009 mm/mmu_notifiers: annotate with might_sleep()
Since mmu notifiers don't exist for many processes, but could block in
interesting places, add some annotations. This should help make sure the
core mm keeps up its end of the mmu notifier contract.

The checks here are outside of all notifier checks because of that.
They compile away without CONFIG_DEBUG_ATOMIC_SLEEP.

66204f1d2d mm/mmu_notifiers: prime lockdep
We want to teach lockdep that mmu notifiers can be called from direct
reclaim paths, since on many CI systems load might never reach that
level (e.g. when just running fuzzer or small functional tests).

I've put the annotation into mmu_notifier_register since only when we have
mmu notifiers registered is there any point in teaching lockdep about
them. Also, we already have a kmalloc(, GFP_KERNEL), so this is safe.

23b68395c7 mm/mmu_notifiers: add a lockdep map for invalidate_range_start/end
This is a similar idea to the fs_reclaim fake lockdep lock. It's fairly
easy to provoke a specific notifier to be run on a specific range: Just
prep it, and then munmap() it.

A bit harder, but still doable, is to provoke the mmu notifiers for all
the various callchains that might lead to them. But both at the same time
is really hard to reliably hit, especially when you want to exercise paths
like direct reclaim or compaction, where it's not easy to control what
exactly will be unmapped.

By introducing a lockdep map to tie them all together we allow lockdep to
see a lot more dependencies, without having to actually hit them in a
single challchain while testing.

On Jason's suggestion this is is rolled out for both
invalidate_range_start and invalidate_range_end. They both have the same
calling context, hence we can share the same lockdep map. Note that the
annotation for invalidate_ranage_start is outside of the
mm_has_notifiers(), to make sure lockdep is informed about all paths
leading to this context irrespective of whether mmu notifiers are present
for a given context. We don't do that on the invalidate_range_end side to
avoid paying the overhead twice, there the lockdep annotation is pushed
down behind the mm_has_notifiers() check.

8d0d5c3fa1 ALSA: firewire-lib: remove WARN_ON() at destruction of AMDTP domain
The destructor of AMDTP domain has WARN_ON() for the list of associated
AMDTP stream. Although this reminds a case that developers forget to
program consumer drivers to stop AMDTP domain, it hits when AMDTP domain
is not initialized yet. This occurs when initialization of sound card
fails as well and it's superfluous.

This commit removes the WARN_ON. Although the API to AMDTP domain does
nothing, it's left for future usage.

cfb9a34d14 f2fs: convert inline_data in prior to i_size_write
In below call path, we change i_size before inline conversion, however,
if we failed to convert inline inode, the inode may have wrong i_size
which is larger than max inline size, result inline inode corruption.

- f2fs_setattr
 - truncate_setsize
 - f2fs_convert_inline_inode

This patch reorders truncate_setsize() and f2fs_convert_inline_inode()
to guarantee inline_data has valid i_size.

The root cause of this issue is, in a very small partition, e.g.
in generic/204 testcase of fstest suit, filesystem's free space
is 50MB, so at most we can write 12800 inline inode with command:
`echo XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX > $SCRATCH_MNT/$i`,
then filesystem will have:
- 12800 dirty inline data page
- 12800 dirty inode page
- and 12800 dirty imeta (dirty inode)

When we flush node-inode's page cache, we can also flush inline
data with each inode page, however it will run out-of-free-space
in device, then once it triggers checkpoint, there is no room for
huge number of imeta, at this time, GC is useless, as there is no
dirty segment at all.

In order to fix this, we try to recognize inode page during
node_inode's page flushing, and update inode page from dirty inode,
so that later another imeta (dirty inode) flush can be avoided.

Looks like the Bios of the Lenovo Legion Y7000 is using ELAN061B
when the actual device is supposed to be used with hid-multitouch.

Remove it from the list of the supported device, hoping that

ea46a13ebf kexec_elf: support 32 bit ELF files
The powerpc version only supported 64 bit. Add some
code to switch decoding of fields during runtime so
we can kexec a 32 bit kernel from a 64 bit kernel and

81b94f1477 clk/ti: Use kmemdup rather than duplicating its implementation
kmemdup is introduced to duplicate a region of memory in a neat way.
Rather than kmalloc/kzalloc + memcpy, which the programmer needs to
write the size twice (sometimes lead to mistakes), kmemdup improves
readability, leads to smaller code and also reduce the chances of mistakes.
Suggestion to use kmemdup rather than using kmalloc/kzalloc + memcpy.

b473bc2dcd gfs2: Improve mmap write vs. truncate consistency
On filesystems with a block size smaller than PAGE_SIZE, page_mkwrite is
called for each memory-mapped page before that page can be written to.
When such a memory-mapped file is truncated down to size x which is not
a multiple of the page size and then back to a larger size, the page
straddling size x can end up with a partial block mapping.  In that
case, make sure to mark that page read-only so that page_mkwrite will be
called before the page can be written to the next time.

(There is no point in marking the page straddling size x read-only when
truncating down as writing to memory beyond the end of the file will
result in SIGBUS instead of growing the file.)

Fixes xfstests generic/029, generic/030 on filesystems with a block size
smaller than PAGE_SIZE.

795fe54c2a bfq: Add per-device weight
This adds to BFQ the missing per-device weight interfaces:
blkio.bfq.weight_device on legacy and io.bfq.weight on unified. The
implementation pretty closely resembles what we had in CFQ and the parsing code
is basically reused.

e9d3c866bf bfq: Fix the missing barrier in __bfq_entity_update_weight_prio
The comment of bfq_group_set_weight says the reading of prio_changed
should happen before the reading of weight, but a memory barrier is
missing here. Add it now, to match the smp_wmb() there.

a4c8723a16 bus: ti-sysc: Remove unpaired sysc_clkdm_deny_idle()
Commit d098913a10 ("bus: ti-sysc: Fix clock handling for no-idle
quirks") fixed handling for no-idle quirk modules that are not enabled
by the bootloader.

But it also caused unpaired clockdomain calls that won't allow idling
the system. That's because clkdm_allow_idle_nolock() and
clkdm_deny_idle_nolock() have usage count with clkdm->forcewake_count.

Let's drop the unpaired sysc_clkdm_deny_idle() to fix idling of devices.

78e05972c5 ipc: fix semtimedop for generic 32-bit architectures
As Vincent noticed, the y2038 conversion of semtimedop in linux-5.1
broke when commit 00bf25d693 ("y2038: use time32 syscall names on
32-bit") changed all system calls on all architectures that take
a 32-bit time_t to point to the _time32 implementation, but left out
semtimedop in the asm-generic header.

This affects all 32-bit architectures using asm-generic/unistd.h:
h8300, unicore32, openrisc, nios2, hexagon, c6x, arc, nds32 and csky.

The notable exception is riscv32, which has dropped support for the
time32 system calls entirely.

c7eb686963 vfs: subtype handling moved to fuse
The unused vfs code can be removed.  Don't pass empty subtype (same as if
->parse callback isn't called).

The bits that are left involve determining whether it's permitted to split the
filesystem type string passed in to mount(2).  Consequently, this means that we
cannot get rid of the FS_HAS_SUBTYPE flag unless we define that a type string
with a dot in it always indicates a subtype specification.

c30da2e981 fuse: convert to use the new mount API
Convert the fuse filesystem to the new internal mount API as the old
one will be obsoleted and removed.  This allows greater flexibility in
communication of mount parameters between userspace, the VFS and the
filesystem.

d8bd2d442b Drivers: hv: vmbus: Resume after fixing up old primary channels
When the host re-offers the primary channels upon resume, the host only
guarantees the Instance GUID  doesn't change, so vmbus_bus_suspend()
should invalidate channel->offermsg.child_relid and figure out the
number of primary channels that need to be fixed up upon resume.

Upon resume, vmbus_onoffer() finds the old channel structs, and maps
the new offers to the old channels, and fixes up the old structs,
and finally the resume callbacks of the VSC drivers will re-open
the channels.

b307b38962 Drivers: hv: vmbus: Suspend after cleaning up hv_sock and sub channels
Before suspend, Linux must make sure all the hv_sock channels have been
properly cleaned up, because a hv_sock connection can not persist across
hibernation, and the user-space app must be properly notified of the
state change of the connection.

Before suspend, Linux also must make sure all the sub-channels have been
destroyed, i.e. the related channel structs of the sub-channels must be
properly removed, otherwise they would cause a conflict when the
sub-channels are recreated upon resume.

Add a counter to track such channels, and vmbus_bus_suspend() should wait
for the counter to drop to zero.

Fake RESCIND_CHANNEL messages to clean up hv_sock channels by force for
hibernation. There is no better method to clean up the channels since
some of the channels may still be referenced by the userspace apps when
hibernation is triggered: in this case, with this patch, the "rescind"
fields of the channels are set, and the apps will thoroughly destroy
the channels after hibernation.

f53335e328 Drivers: hv: vmbus: Suspend/resume the vmbus itself for hibernation
Before Linux enters hibernation, it sends the CHANNELMSG_UNLOAD message to
the host so all the offers are gone. After hibernation, Linux needs to
re-negotiate with the host using the same vmbus protocol version (which
was in use before hibernation), and ask the host to re-offer the vmbus
devices.

e3ede02add Drivers: hv: vmbus: Ignore the offers when resuming from hibernation
When the VM resumes, the host re-sends the offers. We should not add the
offers to the global vmbus_connection.chn_list again.

This patch assumes the RELIDs of the channels don't change across
hibernation. Actually this is not always true, especially in the case of
NIC SR-IOV the VF vmbus device's RELID sometimes can change. A later patch
will address this issue by mapping the new offers to the old channels and
fixing up the old channels, if necessary.
