cf3c2c8678 tools/vm/page_owner_sort.c: support sorting by tgid and update documentation
When the "page owner" information is read, the information sorted
by TGID is expected.

As a result, the following adjustments have been made:

1. Add a new -P option to sort the information of blocks by TGID in
   ascending order.

2. Adjust the order of member variables in block_list strust to avoid
   one 4 byte hole.

3. Add -P option explanation in the document.

59d7cb27d5 tools/vm/page_owner_sort.c: fix comments
Two adjustments are made:

1. Correct a grammatical error: replace the "what" in "Do the job what
you want to debug" with "that".

2. Replace "has not been" with "has been" in the description of the -f
option: According to Commit b1c9ba071e7d ("tools/vm/page_owner_sort.c:
fix the instructions for use"), the description of the "-f" option is
"Filter out the information of blocks whose memory has been released."

18ab307823 docs: fix RST error in vm/page_owner.rst
Commit f7df2b1cf0 ("tools/vm/page_owner_sort.c: count and sort by mem")
added a literal text block without the necessary markup, leading to these
warnings in the docs build:

024314d6d5 Documentation/vm/page_owner.rst: fix language
There are some words that need to be fixed.

Thanks for Shuah Khan's constructive suggestions.
The text has been fixed as follows.

a. So, if you'd like to use it, you need
to add "page_owner=on" into your boot cmdline.

Here, "into" has been replaced with "to".

b. ...page owner is disabled in runtime due to no
enabling, boot option, runtime overhead is marginal.

Here, "no" has been replaced with "not".

f7df2b1cf0 tools/vm/page_owner_sort.c: count and sort by mem
When viewing page owner information, we may be more concerned about the
total memory rather than the times of stack appears. Therefore, the
following adjustments are made:

1. Added the statistics on the total number of pages.

2. Added the optional parameter "-m" to configure the program to sort by
   memory (total pages).

The general output of page_owner is as follows:

Page allocated via order XXX, ...
	PFN XXX ...
	 // Detailed stack

Page allocated via order XXX, ...
	PFN XXX ...
	 // Detailed stack

The original page_owner_sort ignores PFN rows, puts the remaining rows
in buf, counts the times of buf, and finally sorts them according to the
times. General output:

	XXX times:
Page allocated via order XXX, ...
	 // Detailed stack

Now, we use regexp to extract the page order value from the buf, and
count the total pages for the buf. General output:

	XXX times, XXX pages:
Page allocated via order XXX, ...
	 // Detailed stack

By default, it is still sorted by the times of buf; If you want to sort
by the pages nums of buf, use the new -m parameter.

866b485262 mm/page_owner: record the timestamp of all pages during free
Collect the time when each allocation is freed, to help with memory
analysis with kdump/ramdump. Add the timestamp also in the page_owner
debugfs file and print it in dump_page().

Having another timestamp when we free the page helps for debugging page
migration issues. For example both alloc and free timestamps being the
same can gave hints that there is an issue with migrating memory, as
opposed to a page just being dropped during migration.

9cc7e96aa8 mm/page_owner: record timestamp and pid
Collect the time for each allocation recorded in page owner so that
allocation "surges" can be measured.

Record the pid for each allocation recorded in page owner so that the
source of allocation "surges" can be better identified.

The above is very useful when doing memory analysis. On a crash for
example, we can get this information from kdump (or ramdump) and parse it
to figure out memory allocation problems.

Please note that on x86_64 this increases the size of struct page_owner
from 16 bytes to 32.

Vlastimil: it's not a functionality intended for production, so unless
somebody says they need to enable page_owner for debugging and this
increase prevents them from fitting into available memory, let's not
complicate things with making this optional.

5b94ce2fca tools/vm/page_owner_sort.c: filter out unneeded line
To see a sorted result from page_owner, there must be a tiresome
preprocessing step before running page_owner_sort. This patch simply
filters out lines which start with "PFN" while reading the page owner
report.
