ACPI_VIDEO no longer depends on VIDEO_OUTPUT_CONTROL, so drivers which
want to select ACPI_VIDEO no longer have to select
VIDEO_OUTPUT_CONTROL.

For drivers which might want to disable fbdev legacy support.
Select the new option in all drivers for now, so this shouldn't result
in any change. Drivers need some work anyway to make fbdev support
optional (if they have it implemented, that is), so the recommended
way to expose this is by adding per-driver options. At least as long
as most drivers don't support disabling the fbdev support.
v2: Update for new drm drivers msm and rcar-du. Note that Rob's msm
driver can already take advantage of this, which allows us to build
msm without any fbdev depencies in the kernel!
v3: Move the MODULE_* stuff from the fbdev helper file to
drm_crtc_helper.c.

This patch fixes build failure of v3.9-rc5 and rc6.
When config ACPI_VIDEO as m, DRM_GMA500 as y, here comes the failure.
GMA5/600 needs acpi_video just like nouveau.
And some tab type fix by the way.

The CONFIG_EXPERIMENTAL config item has not carried much meaning for a
while now and is almost always enabled by default. As agreed during the
Linux kernel summit, remove it from any "depends on" lines in Kconfigs.

We need to merge this ahead of some of the cleanup because a lot of needed
cleanup spans both new and old chips. If we try and clean up and the merge
we end up fighting ourselves.

This driver supports unaccelerated KMS display, and accelerated console
handling on the Intel Poulsbo, Oaktrail, Cedarview and Medfield hardware.
For the initial merge Medfield will be left out as it needs considerable
further work to reach a decent standard
Begin by adding the Makefiles and Kconfig. These are not yet plumbed into
the DRM layer so will have no effect on their own
