3ecc68349b memblock: rename memblock_free to memblock_phys_free 
Since memblock_free() operates on a physical range, make its name
reflect it and rename it to memblock_phys_free(), so it will be a
logical counterpart to memblock_phys_alloc().

The callers are updated with the below semantic patch:

    @@
    expression addr;
    expression size;
    @@
    - memblock_free(addr, size);
    + memblock_phys_free(addr, size);

0661cb2af0 mips: Bulk conversion to generic_handle_domain_irq() 
Wherever possible, replace constructs that match either
generic_handle_irq(irq_find_mapping()) or
generic_handle_irq(irq_linear_revmap()) to a single call to
generic_handle_domain_irq().
