3a6282045b orinoco: Use net_device_stats from struct net_device 
Instead of using a private copy of struct net_device_stats in
struct orinoco_private, use stats from struct net_device. Also remove
the now unnecessary .ndo_get_stats function.

860e9538a9 treewide: replace dev->trans_start update with helper 
Replace all trans_start updates with netif_trans_update helper.
change was done via spatch:

struct net_device *d;
@@
- d->trans_start = jiffies
+ netif_trans_update(d)

Compile tested only.
