Marvell Armada 370/XP support for 3.8
The mvneta driver for the Marvell Armada 370/XP Ethernet devices has
gained proper clock framework integration, and the corresponding
Device Tree nodes now have a correct 'clocks' pointer.
The 'clock-frequency' properties in the various .dts files for Armada
370/XP boards have therefore become useless.

The mvneta driver now understands a standard 'clocks' clock pointer
property in the Device Tree nodes for the Ethernet devices, so we add
the right clock reference for the different Ethernet ports of the
Armada 370/XP SoCs.

mvneta_deinit() can be called from the ->probe() hook in the error
path, so it shouldn't be marked as __devexit. It fixes the following
section mismatch warning:

Now that the Armada 370/XP platform has gained proper integration with
the clock framework, we add clk support in the Marvell Armada 370/XP
Ethernet driver.
Since the existing Device Tree binding that exposes a
'clock-frequency' property has never been exposed in any stable kernel
release, we take the freedom of removing this property to replace it
with the standard 'clocks' clock pointer property.
The Device Tree binding documentation is updated accordingly.

Refactor resource management to make it easy to hook up resources
that are backed up by buffers. In particular, resources and their
backing buffers can be evicted and rebound, if supported by the device.
To avoid query deadlocks, the query code is also modified somewhat.

Some of the newer generation devices from the ADIS16XXX series have more
registers than what can be supported with the current register addressing
scheme. These devices implement register paging to support a larger register
range. Each page is 128 registers large and the currently active page can be
selected via register 0x00 in each page. This patch implements transparent
paging inside the common adis library. The register read/write interface stays
the same and when a register is accessed the library automatically switches to
the correct page if it is not already selected. The page number is encoded in
the upper bits of the register number, e.g. register 0x5 of page 1 is 0x85.

Building for Athlon/Duron/K7 results in the following build error,
arch/x86/boot/compressed/eboot.o: In function `__constant_memcpy3d':
eboot.c:(.text+0x385): undefined reference to `_mmx_memcpy'
arch/x86/boot/compressed/eboot.o: In function `efi_main':
eboot.c:(.text+0x1a22): undefined reference to `_mmx_memcpy'
because the boot stub code doesn't link with the kernel proper, and
therefore doesn't have access to the 3DNow version of memcpy. So,
follow the example of misc.c and #undef memcpy so that we use the
version provided by misc.c.

In the event that an association exceeds its max_retrans attempts, we should
send an ABORT chunk indicating that we are closing the assocation as a result.
Because of the nature of the error, its unlikely to be received, but its a nice
clean way to close the association if it does make it through, and it will give
anyone watching via tcpdump a clue as to what happened.

Add the brcmsmac_tx trace system for tx debugging. Existing code to dump
tx status and descriptors are converted to using tracepoints, allowing
for more efficient collection and post-processing of this data. These
tracepoints are placed to collect data for all tx frames instead of only
on errors. Logging of tx errors is also improved.

Convert most uses of wiphy_* and pr_* for general error and debug
messages to use the internal debug macros instead. Most code used only
for initialization still use wiphy_err(), as well as some locations
which are executed too early to use the debug macros. Some debug
messages which are redundant or not useful are removed.
