The BUCKxDVSx register programming is now moved prior to setting up of the
gpio based dvs mode. This will ensure that all the BUCKxDVSx registers
are programmed with appropriate voltage values before the gpio based dvs
mode is selected for buck1/2/5.

PM QoS flags have to be handled by dev_pm_qos_constraints_destroy()
in the same way as PM QoS resume latency constraints. That is, if
they have been exposed to user space, they have to be hidden from it
and the list of flags requests has to be flushed before destroying
the device's PM QoS object. Make that happen.

This change was made by commit 8636fd2 (cpufreq: fix jiffies/cputime
mixup in conservative/ondemand governors) before, but then it has
been reverted inadvertently by commit 4471a34 (cpufreq: governors:
remove redundant code).
The changelog of commit 8636fd2's says:
The function get_cpu_idle_time_jiffy in both the conservative and
ondemand governors use jiffies_to_usecs to convert a cputime value
to usecs which gives the wrong value on architectures where cputime
and jiffies use different units. Only matters if NO_HZ is
disabled, since otherwise get_cpu_idle_time_us should already
return a valid value, and get_cpu_idle_time_jiffy isn't actually
called.
Since now we have only one common get_cpu_idle_time_jiffy() used by
both governors in question, modify it along the lines of commit
8636fd2 to restore the correct behavior.

The Marvell 98DX412x SoC embed a kirkwood variant that does not have
pinctrl support yet. Even though this kirkwood is very similar to the
88f6281, on the MPP front a lot of pins are not available. That's why a
new kirkwood pinctrl variant is needed.

SolidRun CuBox has a led on a gpio pin. As there is now DT pinctrl

When setting audio1 pinmux the bits in the corresponding registers

A few boards use a GPIO line to enable power to subsystems, eg USB or
SATA devices. Pull in the regulator framework as the first step to
controlling these GPIO lines are regulators.

The default chip-delay of 25us is a bit too tight for some DNS-320's,
and D-Link seem to specify 30us in their kernels for both devices.
Increase to 35us to make sure the NAND is stable.

Now that the EHCI driver has DT support, drop old style configuration
of it and add DT in its place. Since all the boards enable the EHCI,
enable it by default in kirkwood.dtsi. Any new boards which don't have
USB can specifically disable it.

patch) and I've merged Artem's tree into mine which already had that fix.

commits which have been in linux-next.
If I'd recommitted, I'd also omit the sparse warning fix. But it's there,
and it's harmless — just marking one function as 'static' in onenand code.

JFFS2, and an invalid range check in slram.
