1f61e5f143 clk: clock multiplexers may register out of order
When a clock, C is initialised any orphan clocks listing C as
a possible parent are reparented to it regardless of the
parent requested by the orphan's get_parent() operation.

This means that multiplexers registered before their parents
are reparented to the first parent subsequently declared,
regardless of the selection made by the hardware registers.

For example:
	static const char *sel[] = { "srcA", "srcB", "dummy", "srcC" };

	child = clk_register_mux(NULL, "child",  sel, ARRAY_SIZE(sel), ...);
	clk_register_fixed(NULL, "dummy", ...);
	clk_register_fixed(NULL, "srcA", ...);
	clk_register_fixed(NULL, "srcB", ...);
	clk_register_fixed(NULL, "srcC", ...);

Causes child's parent to always be "dummy".

To fix this, when an orphanned clock has a get_parent() operation,
only reparent to the clock indicated by get_parent().

08ff32352d mlx4: 64-byte CQE/EQE support
ConnectX-3 devices can use either 64- or 32-byte completion queue
entries (CQEs) and event queue entries (EQEs). Using 64-byte
EQEs/CQEs performs better because each entry is aligned to a complete
cacheline. This patch queries the HCA's capabilities, and if it
supports 64-byte CQEs and EQES the driver will configure the HW to
work in 64-byte mode.

The 32-byte vs 64-byte mode is global per HCA and not per CQ or EQ.

Since this mode is global, userspace (libmlx4) must be updated to work
with the configured CQE size, and guests using SR-IOV virtual
functions need to know both EQE and CQE size.

In case one of the 64-byte CQE/EQE capabilities is activated, the
patch makes sure that older guest drivers that use the QUERY_DEV_FUNC
command (e.g as done in mlx4_core of Linux 3.3..3.6) will notice that
they need an update to be able to work with the PPF. This is done by
changing the returned pf_context_behaviour not to be zero any more. In
case none of these capabilities is activated that value remains zero
and older guest drivers can run OK.

The SRIOV related flow is as follows

1. the PPF does the detection of the new capabilities using
   QUERY_DEV_CAP command.

2. the PPF activates the new capabilities using INIT_HCA.

3. the VF detects if the PPF activated the capabilities using
   QUERY_HCA, and if this is the case activates them for itself too.

Note that the VF detects that it must be aware to the new PF behaviour
using QUERY_FUNC_CAP. Steps 1 and 2 apply also for native mode.

User space notification is done through a new field introduced in
struct mlx4_ib_ucontext which holds device capabilities for which user
space must take action. This changes the binary interface so the ABI
towards libmlx4 exposed through uverbs is bumped from 3 to 4 but only
when **needed** i.e. only when the driver does use 64-byte CQEs or
future device capabilities which must be in sync by user space. This
practice allows to work with unmodified libmlx4 on older devices (e.g
A0, B0) which don't support 64-byte CQEs.

In order to keep existing systems functional when they update to a
newer kernel that contains these changes in VF and userspace ABI, a
module parameter enable_64b_cqe_eqe must be set to enable 64-byte
mode; the default is currently false.

3d9d1d6656 nl80211/cfg80211: support VHT channel configuration
Change nl80211 to support specifying a VHT (or HT)
using the control channel frequency (as before) and
new attributes for the channel width and first and
second center frequency. The old channel type is of
course still supported for HT.

Also change the cfg80211 channel definition struct
to support these by adding the relevant fields to
it (and removing the _type field.)

This also adds new helper functions:
 - cfg80211_chandef_create to create a channel def
   struct given the control channel and channel type,
 - cfg80211_chandef_identical to check if two channel
   definitions are identical
 - cfg80211_chandef_compatible to check if the given
   channel definitions are compatible, and return the
   wider of the two

This isn't entirely complete, but that doesn't matter
until we have a driver using it. In particular, it's
missing
 - regulatory checks on the usable bandwidth (if that
   even makes sense)
 - regulatory TX power (database can't deal with it)
 - a proper channel compatibility calculation for the
   new channel types

42d97a599e cfg80211: remove remain-on-channel channel type
As mwifiex (and mac80211 in the software case) are the
only drivers actually implementing remain-on-channel
with channel type, userspace can't be relying on it.
This is the case, as it's used only for P2P operations
right now.

Rather than adding a flag to tell userspace whether or
not it can actually rely on it, simplify all the code
by removing the ability to use different channel types.
Leave only the validation of the attribute, so that if
we extend it again later (with the needed capability
flag), it can't break userspace sending invalid data.

028e8da072 mac80211: fix managed mode channel flags handling
If ieee80211_prep_channel() decides that HT should be
disabled (because the HT IEs from the AP were invalid)
it will set the IEEE80211_STA_DISABLE_HT to not send
HT capabilities to the AP when associating. If this
happens during authentication, the flag will be lost
and we send HT frames, even if the channel config was
set up for non-HT. This can lead to issues.

Fix this by always resetting the ifmgd flags to zero
when the channel context is released so that the flag
resetting in ieee80211_mgd_assoc() isn't necessary.

To make the code a bit easier move the call to release
the channel in ieee80211_set_disassoc() to the end of
the function together with the flag resetting (which
needs to be at the end to avoid timers setting flags.)

80515a5a2e ARM: SPEAr3xx: shirq: simplify and move the shared irq multiplexor to DT
SPEAr3xx architecture includes shared/multiplexed irqs for certain set
of devices. The multiplexor provides a single interrupt to parent
interrupt controller (VIC) on behalf of a group of devices.

There can be multiple groups available on SPEAr3xx variants but not
exceeding 4. The number of devices in a group can differ, further they
may share same set of status/mask registers spanning across different
bit masks. Also in some cases the group may not have enable or other
registers. This makes software little complex.

Present implementation was non-DT and had few complex data structures to
decipher banks, number of irqs supported, mask and registers involved.

This patch simplifies the overall design and convert it in to DT. It
also removes all registration from individual SoC files and bring them
in to common shirq.c.

Also updated the corresponding documentation for DT binding of shirq.
