In preparation for sub-ns precision in the vdso timespec maths, change

f84a935db4 arm64: vdso: check sequence counter even for coarse realtime operations
When returning coarse realtime values from clock_gettime, we must still
check the sequence counter to ensure that the kernel does not update
the vdso datapage whilst we are loading the coarse timespec as this
could potentially result in time appearing to go backwards.

This patch delays the coarse realtime check until after we have loaded
successfully from the vdso datapage. This does mean that we always load
the wtm timespec, but conditionalising the load and adding an extra
sequence test is unlikely to buy us anything other than messy code,
particularly as the sequence test implies a read barrier.

251db45336 arm64: vdso: fix clocksource mask when extracting bottom 56 bits
The generic timer clocksource has 56 bits of precision and as such must
be masked appropriately after we have read it. The current mask
generated by a movn instruction is off by 4 bits, so we accidentally
include the top 4 bits in the final value.

This patch fixes the broken mask.

134ebfd86b HID: i2c-hid: also call i2c_hid_free_buffers in i2c_hid_remove
In the case where the hid driver in charge of handling the hid part
of the device (hid-generic for instance) fails at probe, neither
i2c_hid_start nor i2c_hid_stop are called.
Thus, the buffers allocated in i2c_hid_probe are never freed.

5b632fe85e mac80211: introduce IEEE80211_HW_TEARDOWN_AGGR_ON_BAR_FAIL
Commit f0425beda4 "mac80211: retry sending
failed BAR frames later instead of tearing down aggr" caused regression
on rt2x00 hardware (connection hangs). This regression was fixed by
commit be03d4a45c "rt2x00: Don't let
mac80211 send a BAR when an AMPDU subframe fails". But the latter
commit caused yet another problem reported in
https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=42828#c22

After long discussion in this thread:
http://mid.gmane.org/20121018075615.GA18212@redhat.com
and testing various alternative solutions, which failed on one or other
setup, we have no other good fix for the issues like just revert both
mentioned earlier commits.

To do not affect other hardware which benefit from commit
f0425beda4, instead of reverting it,
introduce flag that when used will restore mac80211 behaviour before
the commit.

This patch adds [dev,lun]_link_magic value assignment + checks within generic
target_fabric_port_link() and target_fabric_mappedlun_link() code to ensure
destination config_item *target_item sent from configfs_symlink() ->
config_item_operations->allow_link() is the underlying se_device->dev_group
and se_lun->lun_group that we expect to symlink.

3dc5fa9a15 drm/exynos: fix memory leak to EDID block
drm_get_edid() returns a pointer to an EDID block. The caller
is responsible to free this pointer itself.
Here the pointer gets assigned to the local variable raw_edid.
Therefore it should be freed before the variable goes out of
scope.

465ed66060 drm/exynos: remove 'pages' and 'page_size' elements in exynos gem buffer

Removed redundant check for invalid sgl.
Added check for valid page_offset in the beginning of exynos_drm_gem_map_buf.

The 'pages' structure is not required since we can use the 'sgt'. Even for
CONTIG buffers, a SGT is created (which will have just one sgl). This SGT
can be used during mmap instead of 'pages'. The 'page_size' element of the
structure is also not used anywhere and is removed.
This patch also fixes a memory leak where the 'pages' structure was being
allocated during gem buffer allocation but not being freed during deallocate.

dd265850f1 drm/exynos: add exynos drm specific fb_mmap function

Passing the actual buffer size instead of vm_size to dma_mmap_attrs.

Extracting the private data from fb_info structure to obtain the exynos
gem buffer structure. Now, dma address is obtained from the exynos gem
buffer structure and not from smem_start. Also calling dma_mmap_attrs
(instead of dma_mmap_writecombine) with the same attributes used
during allocation.

This patch adds a exynos drm specific implementation of fb_mmap
which supports mapping a non-contiguous buffer to user space.

This new function does not assume that the frame buffer is contiguous
and calls dma_mmap_writecombine for mapping the buffer to user space.
dma_mmap_writecombine will be able to map a contiguous buffer as well
as non-contig buffer depending on whether an IOMMU mapping is created
for drm or not.

1daa892c1d drm/exynos: make sure that overlay data are updated

- When drm framebuffer is destroyed, make sure that overlay
  data are updated to real hardwrae for all encoders
  instead of waiting for vblank every page flip request.
  For this, it adds a new function,
  exynos_drm_encoder_complete_scanout function.

This patch removes wait_for_vblank call from
exynos_drm_encoder_plane_disable function and move it to
exynos_drm_encoder_plane_commit function.

Disabling dma channel to each plane doens't need vblank
signal to update data to real hardware. But updating
overlay data to real hardware does need vblank signal.

f3537f91f9 ASN.1: Fix an indefinite length skip error
Fix an error in asn1_find_indefinite_length() whereby small definite length
elements of size 0x7f are incorrecly classified as non-small.  Without this
fix, an error will be given as the length of the length will be perceived as
being very much greater than the maximum supported size.

12e130b045 MODSIGN: Don't use enum-type bitfields in module signature info block
Don't use enum-type bitfields in the module signature info block as we can't be
certain how the compiler will handle them.  As I understand it, it is arch
dependent, and it is possible for the compiler to rearrange them based on
endianness and to insert a byte of padding to pad the three enums out to four
bytes.

Instead use u8 fields for these, which the compiler should emit in the right
order without padding.

280ef31a00 m68knommu: modify clock code so it can be used by all ColdFire CPU types
The existing clk.c code for ColdFire CPUs has one set of functions to
support those CPU types that have selectable clocks (those with a PPMCR
register), and a duplicate simpler set for those with static clocks.

Modify the clk.c code so there is just one set of support functions. All
CPU types now define a list of clocks (in "struct clk"s), so we only need
a single set of clock functions.

610ac9381e m68knommu: add clock creation support macro for other ColdFire CPUs
The clock support code for ColdFire CPUs currently supports those that
have the clock control register PPMCR. Expose the struct clk for all CPU
types and add a definition for all other ColdFire CPU types.

With this we will be able to define simple clock trees for all ColdFire
CPU types, even though they will not be able to be enabled or disabled.
They will be able to report the clock rate.

3c46041769 m68knommu: make non-MMU page_to_virt() return a void *
The page_to_virt() macro for m68knommu is currently effectively returning
an int type. But the equivilent m68k macro returns a void * virtual address.
Modify the non-MMU macro to return a void * as well (using the __va macro).

This change will remove compiler warnings in common m68k code that use this
macro.

5a4acf3eac m68knommu: merge ColdFire 5249 and 525x definitions
The ColdFire 5249 and 525x family of SoCs are very similar. Most of the
internals are the same, and are mapped the same. We can use a single set of
peripheral definitions for all of them.

So merge the current m5249sim.h and m525xsim.h definitions into a single
file. The 5249 is now obsolete, and the 525x parts are current, so I have

9da1a84a91 m68knommu: disable MC68000 cpu target when MMU is selected
As pointed out by Geert, MC68000 target needs to be disabled when
MMU support is enabled.

From Geert:

This needs a "depends on !MMU".
Else allmodconfig will select it, causing -m68000 to be passed to the assembler,
which may break the build depending on your version of binutils, a.o.

4674e8d385 m68knommu: allow for configuration of true 68000 based systems
Allow the M68000 option to be user configurable, for systems based on
the original stand alone 68000 CPU.
