51dce24bcd net: intel: Cleanup the copyright/license headers
After many years of having a ~30 line copyright and license header to our
source files, we are finally able to reduce that to one line with the
advent of the SPDX identifier.

Also caught a few files missing the SPDX license identifier, so fixed
them up.

5e93cbadd3 fm10k: Reset mailbox global interrupts
When a data path reset is initiated, write control to the PCIE_GMBX is
yanked from the switch manager. The switch manager writes to this
register to clear mailbox global interrupt bits as part of its mailbox
interrupt handling routine. When the device recovers from the data path
reset and these bits are not cleared, it will prevent future mailbox
global interrupts from being triggered. Upon confirming that the device
has exited from a data path reset, clear these bits to ensure the proper
functioning of the mailbox global interrupt.

8664109467 fm10k: consistently use Intel(R) for driver names
Update every header file and other locations to consistently use
Intel(R) instead of just Intel. Also update copyright year of files
which we modified.

f632fed30f fm10k: cleanup mailbox code comments etc
Cleanup a number of issues with function header comments, lower-case
acronyms (i.e. FIFO, TLV), duplicate comments and a stubbed-out header
comment for fm10k_sm_mbx_init.

17d39fac08 fm10k: add statistics for actual DWORD count of mbmem mailbox
A previous bug was uncovered by addition of a debug stat to indicate the
actual number of DWORDS we pulled from the mbmem. It turned out this was
not the same as the tx_dwords counter. While the previous bug fix should
have corrected this in all cases, add some debug stats that count the
number of DWORDs pushed or pulled from the mbmem. A future debugger may
take advantage of this statistic for debugging purposes. Since we're
modifying fm10k_mbx.h, update the copyright year as well.

b651957c20 fm10k: Add support for PF <-> VF mailbox
This patch adds support for the PF <-> VF mailbox. It functions similar to
the PF <-> SM mailbox however there are several modifications made to
improve the reliability of the mailbox itself. In addition the PF/VF
mailbox is much smaller an only supports a total size of 16 DWORDs vs the
1024 DWORDS provided for the PF/SM mailbox.

1337e6b977 fm10k: Implement PF <-> SM mailbox operations
This patch adds support for the mailbox that connects the PF to the Switch
Management entity. This mailbox will pass TLV formatted messages between
the two entities by using a pair of shared ring buffers.

The primary use of the mailbox is to configure L2 forwarding addresses,
VLANs, and general resource allocation from the switch.

6b1f201f1a fm10k: Add support for mailbox
This patch adds generic mailbox support. The general idea of the mailboxes
is to use a pair of ring buffers, one for request, one for response to send
data between the local driver and some remote entity be it the PF of the
Switch Manager.
