Function acpi_processor_load_module() used by the ACPI processor
driver can only really work if the acpi-cpufreq module is available
when acpi_processor_start() is executed which usually is not the case
for systems loading the processor driver module from an initramfs.
Moreover, that used to be a hackish workaround for module autoloading
issues, but udev loads acpi-cpufreq just fine nowadays, so that
function isn't really necessary any more. For this reason, drop
acpi_processor_load_module() entirely.

This series contains updates to vxlan, net, ixgbe, ixgbevf, and i40e.
Joseph provides a single patch against vxlan which removes the burden
from the NIC drivers to check if the vxlan driver is enabled in the
kernel and also makes available the vxlan headrooms to the drivers.
Jacob provides majority of the patches, with patches against net, ixgbe
and ixgbevf. His net patch adds might_sleep() call to napi_disable so
that every use of napi_disable during atomic context will be visible.
Then Jacob provides a patch to fix qv_lock_napi call in
ixgbe_napi_disable_all. The other ixgbe patches cleanup
ixgbe_check_minimum_link function to correctly show that there are some
minor loss of encoding, even though we don't calculate it and remove
unnecessary duplication of PCIe bandwidth display. Lastly, Jacob
provides 4 patches against ixgbevf to add ixgbevf_rx_skb in line with
how ixgbe handles the variations on how packets can be received, adds
support in order to track how many packets were cleaned during busy poll
as part of the extended statistics.
Wei Yongjun provides a fix for i40e to return -ENOMEN in the memory
allocation error handling case instead of returning 0, as done
elsewhere in this function.

Previously, if kmalloc() failed, we claimed "PME# enabled" in dmesg,
even though we didn't add the device to the pci_pme_list. This prints
a more correct warning.

pcibios_last_bus was apparently copied from x86. On mn10300, it is
statically initialized to -1 and may be set with the "pci=lastbus=<X>"
boot option, but it is never tested. This patch removes everything
related to pcibios_last_bus.

statically initialized to -1 and never changed unless the user boots
with "pci=lastbus=<X>". I doubt that option is used on FR-V, so this
patch removes all the code related to pcibios_last_bus.

Replace manual poll of MVMDIO_SMI_READ_VALID with a call to
orion_mdio_wait_ready. This ensures a consistent timeout,
eliminates a busy loop, and allows for use of interrupts on
systems that support them.

Amend orion_mdio_wait_ready so that the same timeout is used when
polling or using wait_event_timeout. Set the timeout to 1ms.
Replace udelay with usleep_range to avoid a busy loop, and set the
polling interval range as 45us to 55us, so that the first sleep
will be enough in almost all cases.
Generate the same log message at timeout when polling or using
wait_event_timeout.

A longer link startup timeout is required when certain PCI switches are
attached to the root complex. This was tested with a Pericom switch
and a PLX switch.

Separate out sysfs_warn_dup() out of sysfs_add_one(). This will help
separating out the core sysfs functionalities into kernfs so that it
can be used by non-sysfs users too.

Most removal related logic is implemented in fs/sysfs/dir.c. Move
sysfs_hash_and_remove() to fs/sysfs/dir.c so that __sysfs_remove()
doesn't have to be public.

ignore_lockdep is currently honored only for regular files. There's
no reason to ignore it for bin files. Update sysfs_ignore_lockdep()
so that bin_attr.attr.ignore_lockdep works too.
While this doesn't have any in-kernel user, this unifies the behaviors
between regular and bin files and will help later changes.

3124eb1679 ("sysfs: merge regular and bin file handling") folded bin
file handling into regular file handling. Among other things, bin
file now shares the same open path including sysfs_open_dirent
association using sysfs_dirent->s_attr.open. This is buggy because
->s_bin_attr lives in the same union and doesn't have the field. This
bug doesn't trigger because sysfs_elem_bin_attr doesn't have an active
field at the conflicting position. It does have a field "buffers" but
it isn't used anymore.
This patch collapses sysfs_elem_bin_attr into sysfs_elem_attr so that
the bin_attr is accessed through ->s_attr.bin_attr which lives with
->s_attr.attr in an anonymous union. The code paths already assume
bin_attr contains attr as the first element, so this doesn't add any
more assumptions while making it explicit that the two types are
handled together.

If we're going to refuse to accept these it would be polite of us to at
least say so....
This introduces a slight complication since we need to grandfather in
exportfs's ill-advised use of -1 uid and gid on its test_export.
If it turns out there are other users passing down -1 we may need to
do something else.
Best might be to drop the checks entirely, but I'm not sure if other
parts of the kernel might assume that a task can't run as uid or gid -1.

The reporter saw a NULL dereference when a filesystem's ->mknod returned
success but left the dentry negative, and then nfsd tried to dereference
d_inode (in this case because the CREATE was followed by a GETATTR in
the same nfsv4 compound).
fh_update already checks for this and another broken case, but for some
reason it returns success and leaves nfsd trying to soldier on. If it
failed we'd avoid the crash. There's only so much we can do with a
buggy filesystem, but it's easy enough to bail out here, so let's do
that.

Currently multicast code attempts to extrace the vlan id from
the skb even when vlan filtering is disabled. This can lead
to mdb entries being created with the wrong vlan id.
Pass the already extracted vlan id to the multicast
filtering code to make the correct id is used in
creation as well as lookup.

This work contains a lightweight BPF-based traffic classifier that can
serve as a flexible alternative to ematch-based tree classification, i.e.
now that BPF filter engine can also be JITed in the kernel. Naturally, tc
actions and policies are supported as well with cls_bpf. Multiple BPF
programs/filter can be attached for a class, or they can just as well be
written within a single BPF program, that's really up to the user how he
wishes to run/optimize the code, e.g. also for inversion of verdicts etc.
The notion of a BPF program's return/exit codes is being kept as follows:
0: No match
-1: Select classid given in "tc filter ..." command
else: flowid, overwrite the default one
As a minimal usage example with iproute2, we use a 3 band prio root qdisc
on a router with sfq each as leave, and assign ssh and icmp bpf-based
filters to band 1, http traffic to band 2 and the rest to band 3. For the
first two bands we load the bytecode from a file, in the 2nd we load it
inline as an example:

It was chosen to load bytecode into tc, since the reverse operation,
tc filter list dev em1, is then able to show the exact commands again.
Possible follow-up work could also include a small expression compiler
for iproute2. Tested with the help of bmon. This idea came up during
the Netfilter Workshop 2013 in Copenhagen. Also thanks to feedback from

New u-boot versions no longer set the pinmuxing for Panda's DPI output,
and the muxing has to be done in the .dts file.
Add pinmuxing for DPI and TFP410. Without these, the DVI output on Panda
does not work with recent u-boot.

An NMI exception delivered from YAMON delivers the PC in ErrorPC
instead of EPC. It's also necessary to clear the Status.BEV
bit for the page fault exception handler to work properly.

The PIIX4_ICTLR* and PIIX4_OCW* defines are not used by any other files.
Remove them.
The only file (other than fixup-malta.c which includes piix4.h in patch #1)
containing "#include <asm/mips-boards/piix4.h>" is
arch/mips/mti-malta/malta-int.c whose first version is actually
"1da177e4c3:arch/mips/mips-boards/malta/malta_int.c". In that version, in
the function get_int(), things in piix4.h are used. But now malta-int.c no
longer needs those stuff.

Always register the R4K clocksource when CONFIG_CSRC_R4K is selected,
regardless of selected support for other clocksources. The kernel will
select the best clocksource based on their ratings, making it safe to
register R4K unconditionally and use it as a fallback should the
kernel be run on a system where other selected clocksources are
inoperable.

Checking for n<0 && n>9 makes no sense because it can never
be true. Moreover, we can have up to 64 vectored interrupts
so BUG_ON(n>9) was wrong anyway.
