dee05308f6 Staging/iio/adc/touchscreen/MXS: add interrupt driven touch detection
For battery driven systems it is a very bad idea to collect the touchscreen
data within a kernel busy loop.

This change uses the features of the hardware to delay and accumulate samples in
hardware to avoid a high interrupt and CPU load.

The delay units inside the LRADC depend on the presence of a 2 kHz clock.
This change enables the clock to be able to use the delay unit for the
touchscreen part of the driver.

c919095657 staging:iio:dummy fix kfifo_buf kconfig dependency issue if kfifo modular and buffer enabled for built in dummy driver.
This only occurs in the unlikely event that the example driver is built
in whilst the buffer implementation is not.

Solved by switching from a depends on to a select for this particular case.

2432e1aeec staging:iio: Remove unnecessary casts for iio_push_to_buffers()
Now that iio_push_to_buffers() takes a void pointer for the data parameter we
can remove those casts to u8*.

6a63aa0a09 staging:iio: dummy driver additions to show shared_by_dir infomask usage
Note that as this driver has output as well as output channels an
example of info_mask_shared_by_all that makes any sense does not exist.
