Dirk Hohndel (VMware)	a3be6f6c6e	drm/vmwgfx: add SPDX idenitifier and clarify license ... These files are licensed under GPL-2.0. Removing the MIT boilerplate as that really didn't make any sense for those two header files. Sinclair Yeh	8ce75f8ab9	drm/vmwgfx: Update device includes for DX device functionality ... Add DX includes and move all device includes to a separate directory.
