d9ca5839fd ARM: restart: sa1100: use new restart hook

be37030274 ARM: Remove DISCONTIGMEM support
Everything should now be using sparsemem rather than discontigmem, so
remove the code supporting discontigmem from ARM.

45528e3817 [ARM] 4961/1: gpiolib support for SA-1100 architecture
This adds gpiolib support for the SA-1100 arch:
 - Move all GPIO API functions from generic.c into gpio.c
 - Convert all gpio functions into gpiolib callbacks.

323cdfc191 [MFD] Add SA11x0 MCP platform device support
Add platform device data for the SA11x0 MCP device.  This allows
platforms to customise the configuration of the SA11x0 MCP device
according to their needs.

1da177e4c3 Linux-2.6.12-rc2
Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.

Let it rip!
