irq_domain_remove and panic, as pmic->irq_domain is only
initialized by mt6397_irq_init.

The core driver should create and manage irq mappings instead of
leaf drivers. This patch change to pass irq domain to
devm_mfd_add_devices() and it will create mapping for irq resources
automatically. And remove irq mapping in rtc driver since this has
been done in core driver.

The platform bus_type .match callback attempts to match the platform device
name with an entry on the .id_table if provided and fallbacks to match with
the driver's name if a table is not provided.
Using a platform device ID to match is more explicit, allows the driver to
support more than one device and also the MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE macro can be
used to export the module aliases information instead of the MODULE_ALIAS.

set_irq_flags is ARM specific with custom flags which have genirq
equivalents. Convert drivers to use the genirq interfaces directly, so we
can kill off set_irq_flags. The translation of flags is as follows:
IRQF_VALID -> !IRQ_NOREQUEST
IRQF_PROBE -> !IRQ_NOPROBE
IRQF_NOAUTOEN -> IRQ_NOAUTOEN
For IRQs managed by an irqdomain, the irqdomain core code handles clearing
and setting IRQ_NOREQUEST already, so there is no need to do this in
.map() functions and we can simply remove the set_irq_flags calls. Some
users also modify IRQ_NOPROBE and this has been maintained although it
is not clear that is really needed. There appears to be a great deal of
blind copy and paste of this code.

This adds support for the MediaTek MT6397 PMIC. This is a
multifunction device with the following sub modules:
- Regulator
- RTC
- Audio codec
- GPIO
- Clock
It is interfaced to the host controller using SPI interface by a proprietary
hardware called PMIC wrapper or pwrap. MT6397 MFD is a child device of the
pwrap.
