Some SDIO controllers do not support MMC_PM_KEEP_POWER properly.
To test host sleep feature without putting the system into sleep
we need to simulate host sleep configuration & handshake between
driver and firmware using customized parameters.
This patch adds hscfg debugfs item, with which user could change
host sleep parameters for debugging.

This option be useful to dump firmware memory for debugging
purpose. Actual code to dump firmware momory for SDIO and PCIe
chipsets will be added later.

Command timeout happens when firmware goes into bad state.
There is no chance that next command will be successful after
this. Hence we will maintain a flag instead of count.

max_tx_buf_size is not used any more after reconfiguration of
tx buffer size has been removed.
Also add missing curr_tx_buf_size update while dumping debug info
via debugfs.

1) remove mwifiex_alloc_fill_wait_queue() and
mwifiex_request_ioctl()
2) avoid dynamic allocation of wait queue
3) remove unnecessary mwifiex_error_code macros that
were used mainly by the wait queue status code
4) remove some abstraction functions
5) split mwifiex_prepare_cmd() to mwifiex_send_cmd_async()
and mwifiex_send_sync() to handle asynchronous and
synchronous commands respectively

This driver adds WiFi support for Marvell 802.11n based chipsets
with SDIO interface. Currently only SD8787 is supported. More
chipsets will be supported later.
