b073ac1fcf brcmfmac: proto: add callback for queuing TX data
So far our core code was calling brcmf_fws_process_skb which wasn't
a proper thing to do. If case of devices using msgbuf protocol fwsignal
shouldn't be used. It was an unnecessary extra layer simply calling
a protocol specifix txdata function.

Please note we already have txdata callback, but it's used for calls
between bcdc and fwsignal so it couldn't be simply used there.

This makes core code more generic (instead of bcdc/fwsignal specific).

704d1c6b56 brcmfmac: rework pointer trickery in brcmf_proto_bcdc_query_dcmd()
The variable info is assigned to point to bcdc->msg[1], which is the
same as pointing to bcdc->buf. As that is what we want to access
make it clear by fixing the assignment. This also avoid out-of-bounds
errors from static analyzers are bcdc->msg[1] is not in the structure
definition.

53985dccb1 brcmf: Fix null pointer exception in bcdc_hdrpull
In fwsignal.c: brcmf_fws_commit_skb()
...
if (rc < 0) {
  entry->transit_count--;
    if (entry->suppressed)
      entry->suppr_transit_count--;
      (void)brcmf_proto_hdrpull(fws->drvr, false, skb, NULL);
                                                     ^^^^^^^
    goto rollback;
}
...

The call to hdrpull will trigger a null pointer exception
unless a null check is made in the method implementation.

bbd1f932e7 brcmfmac: cleanup ampdu-rx host reorder code
The code for ampdu-rx host reorder is related to the firmware signalling
supported in BCDC protocol. This change moves the code to fwsignal module.

c9c0043894 brcmfmac: Simplify and fix usage of brcmf_ifname.
brcmf_ifname is a debug function to return a name related to an ifp,
but is using a rather complex implementation. It was also used
wrongly from bcdc as it did not use the bsscfgidx as it was supposed
to, but bssidx. This patch fixes that bug and simplifies
brcmf_ifname.
