Amrani, Ram	22b1ae6169	qede: fix general protection fault may occur on probe ... The recent introduction of qedr driver support in qede causes a GPF when probing the driver in a server without a RoCE enabled QLogic NIC. This fix avoids using an uninitialized pointer in such a case. Caught by the kernel test robot. Ram Amrani	cee9fbd8e2	qede: Add qedr framework ... Adds a skeletal implementation of the qede RoCE driver - The qedr has some dependencies of the state of the underlying base interface. This adds some logic required with mutual registrations and the ability to pass updates on 'intresting' events.
