c1e7179a38 TTY/Serial patches for 3.6-rc1
Here's the "tiny" set of patches for 3.6-rc1 for the tty layer and
serial drivers. They were cherry-picked from the tty-next branch of the
tty git tree, as they are small and "obvious" fixes. The larger
changes, as mentioned before, will be saved for the 3.7-rc1 merge
 window.

All of these changes have been in the linux-next releases for quite a
 while.

ed85c60457 serial/of-serial: Add LPC3220 standard UART compatible string
This patch adds a "compatible" string for the new 8250 UART type PORT_LPC3220.
This is necessary for initializing LPC32xx UARTs via DT.

0c456cfa7e ARM: imx: rename uart and fec device tree nodes
It has been pointed out by device tree maintainer for several times
that the generic names 'serial' and 'ethernet' should be used for
those devices per ePAPR. Renames imx uart and fec device tree nodes
to stop them being bad examples.

7d4008ebb1 tty: add a DesignWare 8250 driver
The Synopsys DesignWare 8250 is an 8250 that has an extra interrupt that
gets raised when writing to the LCR when busy. To handle this we need
special serial_out, serial_in and handle_irq methods. Add a new
platform driver that uses these accessors.

14a8d47d4e tty: of_serial: add support for the DesignWare 8250
Support the DesignWare 8250 by a new compatible string and registering
the DesignWare helpers. If the registration of the helpers fails, then
continue as a normal 8250 as we may still get some useful debug out.

7423734e19 tty: of_serial: support for 32 bit accesses
Some platforms e.g. TI Davinci require 32-bit accesses to the UARTs.
The of_serial driver currently registers all UARTs as UPIO_MEM. Add a
new attribute "reg-io-width" to allow the port to be registered with
different IO width requirements.
