[Why]
DCN21 is stable enough to be build by default. So drop the flags.
[How]
Remove them using the unifdef tool. The following commands were executed
in sequence:
$ find -name '*.c' -exec unifdef -m -DCONFIG_DRM_AMD_DC_DCN2_1 -UCONFIG_TRIM_DRM_AMD_DC_DCN2_1 '{}' ';'
$ find -name '*.h' -exec unifdef -m -DCONFIG_DRM_AMD_DC_DCN2_1 -UCONFIG_TRIM_DRM_AMD_DC_DCN2_1 '{}' ';'
In addition:
* Remove from kconfig, and replace any dependencies with DCN1_0.
* Remove from any makefiles.
* Fix and cleanup Renoir definitions in dal_asic_id.h
* Expand DCN1 ifdef to include DCN21 code in the following files:
* clk_mgr/clk_mgr.c: dc_clk_mgr_create()
* core/dc_resources.c: dc_create_resource_pool()
* gpio/hw_factory.c: dal_hw_factory_init()
* gpio/hw_translate.c: dal_hw_translate_init()

[Why]
Some backlight tests fail due to backlight settling
taking too long. This happens because the step
size used to change backlight levels is too small.
[How]
1. Change the size of the backlight gain step size
2. Change how DMCU firmware gets the step size value
so that it is passed in by driver during DMCU initn

[WHY]
We have new bios capabilities enabling s0i2 entry on SMU interrupt. We want
this interrupt to be fired on PSR transitions such that we enter s0i2
when entering PSR active.
[HOW]
Add code to send the SMU interrupt with the appropriate
staticscreen flag when entering and exting PSR. Protect this
code with a config flag since it currently impacts BL PWM.

Initializing ABM and DMCU modules for dce 80/81/83/100 as in DCE110
Adding constructors and destructors for each module.
Adding register list for DMCU in dce80 as some registers are missing
in dce80 from the basic list. DMCU is never used, so it would not have
any functional impact.

Update the programming sequence to allow DMCU firmware to be loaded by
PSP. This code detects whether the firmware is loaded and does a check
to verify the expected interface version and checks for correct response
from micro controller.
Added registry key method to allow force loading of firmware from kernel
mode driver for test purposes. This is old method of firmware loading
without PSP.
Moved some init sequences into dc/dmcu.
Changed loading sequence to initialize IRAM after firmware completely
loaded. Firmware will now disable features that use IRAM
until initialized.
