io-voltage control is actually part of the grf, so move the node under the
newly available grf simple-mfd.
To minimize duplicate code, the core node and compatible property
gets placed in the core rk3288.dtsi while the individual boards
now only need to enable it and add the necessary supply properties.

Add the IO domain configuration for the Rock2 SOM and model the fixed
regulator used as the vqmmc for the EMMC device.

The act8846 on rock2 boards controls the system power, so add the
appropriate property to allow turning off the board.

The Radxa Rock 2 Square board is a combination of the Radxa Rock 2 SoM
with the Square baseboard. Add a dtsi for the SoM which can be included
into the dts for the various baseboards (e.g. full and square) and a dts
for the square board.
Currently supported are serial console, wired networking, hdmi output,
eMMC and SD storage and USB.
