This patch uses devm to release the clks instead of releasing
manually.
And it adds enable/disable mipi_clk when getting its rate.

The mmp-driver is using devm_* to allocate the resource. The old
resource release methods are not appropriate here.

irq allocated with devm_request_irq should not be freed using
free_irq, because doing so causes a dangling pointer, and a
subsequent double free.

Remove unneeded error handling on the result of a call to
platform_get_resource when the value is passed to devm_ioremap_resource.
A simplified version of the semantic patch that makes this change is as
follows: (http://coccinelle.lip6.fr/)
// <smpl>
@@
expression pdev,res,n,e,e1;
expression ret != 0;
identifier l;
@@
- res = platform_get_resource(pdev, IORESOURCE_MEM, n);
... when != res
- if (res == NULL) { ... \(goto l;\|return ret;\) }
... when != res
+ res = platform_get_resource(pdev, IORESOURCE_MEM, n);
e = devm_ioremap_resource(e1, res);
// </smpl>

Remove g_chip_ident. This driver used some of the V4L2_IDENT defines, replace
those with a driver-specific enum. This makes it possible to drop the
v4l2-chip-ident.h define as well.

It makes sense to latter break it into a few other dirs.
